Greek Yogurt Banana Bread

Servings:

1 loaf (approx. 8-10 slices)

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup Dios Dlite Greek yogurt

– 1/4 cup melted butter

– 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

– 1 1/2 cups mashed banana (approx. 3 large bananas)

– 2 cups fresh flour

– 1/2 cup Dios Dlite Cranberries

– 1/2 cup sugar

– 3 eggs

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, Greek yogurt, mashed banana, eggs, and cranberries.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Tips:

– Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.

– Don’t overmix the batter to ensure a tender crumb.
