4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid for in full before processing, unless otherwise agreed.

Once an order is confirmed and processing has begun, it may not be modified or cancelled.

Dios Dlite reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraud

• Product unavailability

5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

5.1 Within Lagos

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays and 2:00 PM on weekends or public holidays (on operational days) will be delivered within 3–5 hours.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next working day.

5.2 Outside Lagos

Delivery timelines depend on third-party courier services.

Estimated timelines will be communicated prior to dispatch.

5.3 Important Notes

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

• Traffic

• Weather

• Operational constraints

• Courier-related issues

Dios Dlite will not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

6. Delivery Conditions

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect address

• Unavailability of recipient

the order may:

• Be rescheduled at additional cost, or

• Be considered fulfilled

7. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Products are non-returnable once delivered.

7.1 Eligible Refund/Replacement Cases

• Damaged product upon delivery

• Incorrect item delivered

• Verified quality issue

7.2 Conditions

• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

• Supporting evidence (photo/video) is required alongside Batch details

Dios Dlite reserves the right to assess and determine all claims.

8. Product Handling & Storage

Dios Dlite Greek yogurt products require proper storage (e.g., refrigeration), while the toppings must be stored in a cool dry place.

Once delivered, the responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.

Dios Dlite is not liable for:

• Spoilage due to improper storage

• Delayed consumption

• Exposure to unsuitable conditions after delivery

9. Loyalty Rewards Program

Dios Dlite offers a rewards system to appreciate loyal customers.

9.1 Earning

Customers earn points equivalent of upto 4% of each completed purchase.

9.2 Redemption Threshold

Points can only be redeemed after reaching a minimum total spend of ₦40,000.

9.3 Usage

Points may be used for:

• Discounts on future purchases

• Selected product redemptions

9.4 Conditions

Points:

• Have no cash value

• Are non-transferable

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Dios Dlite reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the program

• Adjust earning/redemption rules

• Suspend accounts for abuse

9.5 Expiry

Points may expire after a defined period if applicable.

10. Subscription & Recurring Orders

10.1 Subscription Terms

Customers may opt into recurring orders at selected intervals.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges based on your selected plan.

10.2 Billing

• Payments are processed per cycle.

10.3 Changes & Cancellation

Subscriptions can be:

10.4 Missed Deliveries

Failed deliveries due to customer issues may:

• Attract additional delivery charges, or

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
