Ingredients:
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and massage to coat.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
