Greek Yogurt Marinade for Chicken

Servings:

4-6

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Greek yogurt

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken and massage to coat.
  5. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  7. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
