Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Dios Dlite will not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Subscription Services
Where applicable, customers may subscribe to recurring deliveries based on selected products and delivery frequency. By subscribing, you agree to pay the full subscription fee upfront on a monthly basis.
A minimum order value of ₦40,000 is required to activate a subscription. Subscription pricing is calculated based on the total value of selected products multiplied by the chosen delivery frequency within the month.
Once a subscription payment has been made, selected products cannot be changed for that billing cycle. No refunds will be issued after payment has been confirmed.
Customers may pause or reschedule deliveries where necessary, subject to availability and reasonable notice. Such adjustments do not alter the total subscription cost.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, and we reserve the right to assess and determine appropriate resolution.
